Overall, I had a very good experience with U-Haul. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only suggestion is that, since I booked about two weeks in advance, it would have been more convenient to have a pickup location closer to my home in Coxheath. The pickup location was in North Sydney. I understand this depends on availability, but it would be a nice improvement.
