The trailer I had rented was sadly damaged upon arrival (hats of to the staff member that hooked up the trailer for me for noticing very quickly!) so they swapped me over to another one of the same size. Absolutely quick and painless for the customer. Drop off was just as easy, with the staff sorting everything for me. I didn't even have to step foot in the office! I've dropped off trailers to this location before outside of hours and I loved how convenient it was, nice to know the staff there manage to make it even more convenient and friendly!
