The only problem I had was not being able to drop it off in my town that has a UHaul location and to pay a lot more mileage taking the truck back . Where as if I could have dropped it off in my town like I thought I could I would have been exact with the mileage I figured on when renting the truck .

Sales associate was very helpful with what we needed. He did his best to get us out of the facility while taking care of other customers.
Clyde BIt really was not the locations fault. The U-haul system was down. I had to call in to get checked in. The process was over an hour to get checked in. I could have called in sooner and been out much faster. Won't keep me from renting trailers in the future. Very convenient and and well worth the price considering I had it 4 days.
