U-Haul need to have trucks available for people who moving off the island. The first reservation I made was for me to pick up the truck in Oak Harbor and drop it off in Lynnwood. I received a discount with that reservation. And it was in my budget. I never dropped it to the location at the bottom cause it wasn’t listed to drop it off there. Bad communication on U-Haul When they notified me about my pickup it was in Stanwood, WA. And was confused of where to drop off the truck. It was more expensive and I didn’t receive a discount with this new reservation. Bad customer service service on U-Haul part. One Stop worked with me and had no problems.

The guy running the shop was very helpful. U-Haul however, canceled ny reservation without notice, sent me over an hour away with very little communication and then overcharged me multiple times.
charlie lU-haul failed to notify me that a 15ft truck was not available even though i had a reservation set. I showed up to the location provided at my reserved scheduled time of 12pm and the manager informed me there were no trucks. When we called the support line, the representative used the excuse "washington is low on trucks". I would strongly recommend communicating with people about the inventory situation prior to allowing reservations to be set. I was extremely upset. The manager at the above location was helpful and did what he could, but i did not get any help from the u-haul support line.
