GRANT PCliff was great!
Jon LU-Haul need to have trucks available for people who moving off the island. The first reservation I made was for me to pick up the truck in Oak Harbor and drop it off in Lynnwood. I received a discount with that reservation. And it was in my budget. I never dropped it to the location at the bottom cause it wasn’t listed to drop it off there. Bad communication on U-Haul When they notified me about my pickup it was in Stanwood, WA. And was confused of where to drop off the truck. It was more expensive and I didn’t receive a discount with this new reservation. Bad customer service service on U-Haul part. One Stop worked with me and had no problems.
