The guy running the shop was very helpful. U-Haul however, canceled ny reservation without notice, sent me over an hour away with very little communication and then overcharged me multiple times.

U-haul failed to notify me that a 15ft truck was not available even though i had a reservation set. I showed up to the location provided at my reserved scheduled time of 12pm and the manager informed me there were no trucks. When we called the support line, the representative used the excuse "washington is low on trucks". I would strongly recommend communicating with people about the inventory situation prior to allowing reservations to be set. I was extremely upset. The manager at the above location was helpful and did what he could, but i did not get any help from the u-haul support line.
