Employee was rude and aggressive. Stated that “U-Haul is the worst company to work with. I wouldn’t recommend it to any one. Was a mobile pick up, but was not able to accommodate and was upset with me for not answering a call that I did not receive. My pick up time was 1pm and I arrived at 1:03pm when she told me I was late. Unprofessional and unprepared.

We were not told what the total would be. Only the amount due at the time we picked up the truck. The truck was clean but a piece of junk. On a 70 mph freeway it was difficult to get it up to 65 mps. It sounded like it was on its last leg. We asked what size was appropriate for a one bedroom apartment but had to make a second trip and it was a two hour drive in each direction. The person at the facility was very nice and helpful.
