My only complaint was the fact that I rejected the safe move coverage on my initial online reservation. I was quoted $31 at pickup which included a $7 dolly. At pickup was a whole different transaction which included safe move being added without asking whether I wanted it. It’s like he did everything over and different from what I did online and even when I spoke to the representative online to give my card information she confirmed the truck and the dolly for $31. And that I would pay for mileage when I returned the truck . Only to go pick up with this in mind and it was not as simple as it seemed.

Bambi PThis location is not the best. It is a little slow and never has AC. The owner never makes eye contact. This time my truck broke down. Luckily it was an easy fix. All and all no ones fault really. It was just not the best experience.
