My return wasn’t the best. I dropped it off. They sent a tech to help. He said he would update the return and I’d get an email. This was at about 9:30am. I had to call at 5pm to get it finally checked in.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe owner, kp, is rude and would talk in a insulting manner constantly. When I returned the truck, he could not find any issue and told me the truck needs one more gallon of gas even though the gas was exactly on the 1/4. I would not return to that location and would not recommend it to anyone.
ALI SI signed up for a drop off 12 minutes from my destination, then you made me instead do a drop off 40 mins away which was a real hassle.
Timothy Dright size for what son needed to move!
Manuel PThe office was dirty and unprofessional as was the staff. He seemed bothered to be helping me.
