Very out of the way for me. Store owner was great
MARVIN DFirst of all, I wanted to pick the truck up at a more convenient location, but they changed it on me, as usual. The truck had 102,000 miles on it which wouldn't have been bad, but the front end seemed like it was going to fall off every time I hit a bump or pothole. The cab smelled like cigarette smoke which I am extremely allergic to and the truck was not clean inside or outside.
Mark HThe person helping us seemed to have no idea what was going on, and the entire building smelled of weed and urine. It was gross, and took far longer than expected to get a U-Haul we had already done everything to pick up.
