How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe U-Haul truck we reserved was parked on the street. It was parked on State Street which is a very busy street with cars driving 40 mph. My husband had to be in the street to get the video/picture of the U-Haul to show what condition it was in prior to our using it. We felt like this situation was very unsafe and frustrating. The U-Haul equipment was clean, but we were not impressed with the lack of care when it came to parking.
