I’d fix the back door to the trailer. The door in the back kept getting stuck to close it. On the left side the little wheel was stuck, it looked like it came out of the little curved metal it’s supposed to be in.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkLocation was closed at drop off. There was literally no where to park the vehicle. Found one spot to park it. Made it hard to take pictures of truck at drop off
shannon dI did a self service drop off.
bill fThe U-Haul truck we reserved was parked on the street. It was parked on State Street which is a very busy street with cars driving 40 mph. My husband had to be in the street to get the video/picture of the U-Haul to show what condition it was in prior to our using it. We felt like this situation was very unsafe and frustrating. The U-Haul equipment was clean, but we were not impressed with the lack of care when it came to parking.
Abby GGreat and easy experience.
