Very smooth process, I do wish there was someone there to great us and make sure we had everything installed correctly but my husband does the trailer a lot so we were able to get the U-Haul trailer on.

Nobody there to help around 10 am. Car lot and parking area very full. No drive through, so had to back the trailer to find a parking spot. Difficult to maneuver between rows of cars. Please don’t use this location for dropping off trailers. Trucks probably okay, except at least one trucks was parked on the street.
