We couldn't get the lock to unlock even with the right code. Was scheduled to pick up at 8 AM and had to wait until the business opened at 10AM. Very disappointing.

The biggest problem with the pickup location was finding it. Uhaul sent them a miniature sign you cant see from the road (unless you are looking for a tiny sign and not paying attention to your driving. Once more I will mention the return date on a two day rental being 1 day & 2 hours after pickup. So i was shorted 22 hrs ( in case you need help with the math). 😡
