The location and staff were great. They were accommodating and helpful but it was far from where i had thought I'd pick up truck. I rented a hotel room based on the location of the 159th St location. I arranged to rent a2 wheel dollie but the location on southwest hwy only had appliance dollie. They gave it to me for the same price but it was too heavy to use.

SAMIR NI was on the phone trying to get ahold of someone for two hours since the location was closed during our pick up time. Nobody on the phone could help me until the last person responded and walked us through the verification steps that was not working prior. She was super helpful and was able to bypass the prompts on the app that were not working for mobile pick up
Kelly BPlease try to keep to the original requested pick up location. This location was out of the way.
