Not knowing there was a limited time window for pick up of truck (before U-Haul policy says reservation is cancelled and truck released) I arrived an hour later than I had planned to find my shock, the truck was not available. ThankfullyJF somehow made a truck available to me. He and his team were excellent. I understand the reasoning behind U-Haul’s policy, but it should be made perfectly clear (not buried in the fine print) to anyone reserving a truck to avoid this kind of issue !

good service; vehicle very clean; convenient location
MING-WAI KThe vehicle is good but I'm not happy that I wan given a location for mobile pick up and when I went there and waited for 15 min to get an agent on the phone they told me that this location does not have mobile pick up I appreciate they helped me by changing the location and staying with me on the phone until I got there and could pick up the truck but this information could have been given to me by all the agents I chatted with before instead to having me go at midnight to a location that does not have mobile pick up
