The drop off went smoothly once we got to this location, however, initially U-Haul directed us to a location that has specifically communicated to the company several times that they do not accept one-way drop-offs. This added time to an already busy and tiring day.

Christine CI was scheduled for a pick up of truck. Uhaul changed locations. Did not tell me new l9cation was a lock box. No app loaded by me so very complicated at pickup. Lost an hour. Stress using app. Paid labour sitting waiting. Made for a shitty start to a l9ng moving day.
