How U-Haul Reviews WorkWindshield inside was very dirty. We had to pull over and clean it so we can see outside. Check engine light was on. When brought to the attention of the attendant, they said not to worry about it. Inside the cargo area was muddy and dirty, and had to be swept out. We swept it. Disappointed with the truck.

J’avais clairement indiqué à l’employé que j’avais besoin du véhicule pour parcourir 15 km\. Le tarif qui m’a été facturé était de 1,55 $/km, alors que l’annonce affichait un prix de 0,99 $/km\. Aucune explication ne m’a été donnée concernant cette différence de tarif\. J’ai ensuite rapporté le véhicule après seulement 2 à 3 heures, sans même avoir parcouru les 15 km prévus, mais seulement 11 km\. Après avoir rendu le véhicule, une personne m’a facturé 20 $ supplémentaires pour le carburant, sans m’en informer au préalable et sans obtenir mon accord\. Je trouve cette façon de procéder totalement inacceptable\. Le manque de transparence sur les tarifs et les frais supplémentaires, ainsi que la mauvaise qualité du service, m’ont profondément déçu\. Je ne recommande absolument pas cette entreprise et je déconseille à toute personne de faire appel à ses services.
Bilal MDrop-off was a little too involved - mobile app clutched (confirmed the drop-off, I put the keys in but then online the reservation continued to be open). Uhaul phone support count not help (could not reach the store) , had to head back to the store . It was sorted out once I got there. Lesson learned: double check the status of the online reservation after you use the mobile drop-off. Or walk into the store and do the drop-off if possible.
