There is no any UhAul representative to any probably needed support, I needed a wrench to tight the towing hook, but no body was there, I tight it with hand and goes slowly to 383 Coventry to tighten it. Anyway the place and the lady who finished my reservation was perfect.
Armin PNot sure if it’s the locations fault, but we booked to pick up a trailer on Monday, the Civic holiday, and the location was closed. This caused a lot of stress and confusion
Daniel CI was told a day before my pick up that my selected location did not have the truck I need, so I was moved to another location. It was not clear at first, and it took me 2 phone calls before understanding what is going on. The location also did not know why it change their location, and was agreed to change us back. It does not look like they knew what was going on. When I arrived at this location, I did not know it was a mobile pick up, and I did not know I needed 2 friends verifications, passport or lease. I only knew that after I arrived at the location, and after I called the 24/7 support three times. I did not receive the email to tell me all the thing I need to do prior hand, only at the spot. It was not a good experience. However the customer services when I called that day were helpful. Weirdly, all the men customer service when they talk, they all sound very burry, hard to understand when we were outside blowing away by winds and rain. We did not have the dolly that I initially booked, and finding the assigned truck was another hassle because the number tied to the truck was not the plate number, and there were so many other things written on trucks, it was confusing. The instruction before we left also asked us so many questions, that we ended up paying an extra insurance that we did not need, cause we weren’t prepared and did not have time to think.
