The whole experience was bad! Couldn’t see the odometer reading, the tires needed air and I do not think I should have to service a vehicle I am paying to use.

No dolly eventhough we paid for one. The rest of my complaints was about the experience overall not the people at this location.
Nathan HThey saved me in a pinch. The other location that I had made a reservation was NOT open and Kirkpatrick Rentals were able to get my reservation changed with discounts. They were kind and customer service was top notch. I'm so grateful for them.
