Absolutely terrible service! When i picked up the truck there was none of the dollys that i had reserved in the truck, and it was before hours so i just never got them. They took 3 seperate transactions from my credit card 1 for 154, 1 for 128, and 1 for 97. At the end of it, they refunded the 128, and then sent me an email saying id i dont pay it i will be sent to collections. It makes no sense, they had access to my credit card to take the amount of my reservation, yet they refunded it then told me i didnt pay it. You cannot get ahold of anybody about any problem, and if you do they do bare minimum to help you, if that.when picking up before or after hours, the check out process and uploading pictures to them, didnt work. Sat there for an hour trying to get the pick up done and trying to contact uhaul for help. Nothing. I would give it 0 stars if i could.

Meryl GHave safety inspection done on trailers aswell other than just looking for cleanliness the tire was bad and could have caused an accident we were lucky the tread oly peeled off and the tire didn't completely blow this happened on hwy 400 a 6 lane hwy we were stuck on the side of the road for 3 hours it was not a safe place to be
