I already told my grandparents to get a U-Haul from there. The lady there is so sweet. Both the wife and the husband are very efficient and friendly. Equipment was all very useful and a fair price. Made moving easier and at a good price. They have a lot of supplies to move.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI rented a U-Haul truck for a convention, and unfortunately the condition of the vehicle created several problems that significantly affected my day. The air conditioning was not working, and by the time I arrived I was completely soaked in sweat. I actually had to stop and buy a new shirt before attending the convention because I could not show up in the condition I was in. This caused me to arrive late, and even after changing, I was still sweating because of the drive without working A/C. There was also no working USB port to charge my phone. My battery eventually died while I was using Google Maps for navigation, leaving me without directions during the trip. On top of that, the driver-side sun visor was broken and would not stay in place. It kept falling down in front of me while I was driving, which was extremely frustrating and distracting. I understand that rental vehicles are used frequently and may not always be perfect, but working air conditioning, basic functioning equipment, and a sun visor that stays securely in place are reasonable expectations when renting a vehicle. Considering the inconvenience, the additional expense of having to purchase a shirt, the delay it caused me getting to my convention, and the multiple problems with the vehicle, I believe a partial refund is warranted and would appreciate U-Haul addressing this experience accordingly.
Ettore BI’m not happy about this place because they charged me some type of overnight fee. When I rented to pick up truck for 24 hours. I clocked it out at 8:48 and I had it returned into the box overnight. Dropped it off at 7:30 this morning and they charge me an extra $20 for some overnight fee which they never told me about and I don’t like my $20 back put a credit on my account. I certainly will never use U-Haul again with this BS and I’ll pass the wood on as well.
Mark II was charged a cleaning fee 5 hours after I dropped off the equipment. I have never been charged this fee before and always make sure the equipment is in a clean condition when I return it.
