Was instructed at pick-up in Antlers, Ok that we could just drop off at any UHAUL location.... I called as we were traveling to ensure the drop off at random location and was informed that I couldn't drop off there. She gave me the address that we did end up dropping off. The man at the Shell gas station that was on duty first told me that he could NOT take it. We told him that we were given his address to drop off and at the Uhaul in Antlers, they had also told us that it could dropped off even if the site was NOT OPEN. He informed us that we could actually be charged a HEFTY fee if it would nave been left without being ok'd to leave. He did end up letting us leave it. THIS WAS CONFLICTING INFORMATION and VERY frustrating

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis location did not have enough help they have way too much going on there for one person to try to handle. The one associate was trying to do three different things at this location. I returned the trailer early and should have received some sort of refund but haven’t.

MICHAEL MThe gentlemen that booked this rental was very helpful and went the extra mile. But when we were 15 hours away the night before we were to pick up the rental, I got an email saying we couldn’t pick it up there. We’d have to drive further away to another location. This was very inconvenient because we were en route already and depending on our plan to pick it up at this location early the next morning. When I called for help with this the two ladies there were not helpful or compassionate. I did not appreciate that treatment when they made the mistake. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they were at lunch. I asked for them to call me back. They didn’t. So unprofessional and disappointing considering this was a military move for our son. Why didn’t they do anything to make it right? To help us when we needed it most? They need some customer service training. If it’s in my power, we will never use U-Haul again.
