No one was available at our drop off location. It was closed. We used the UHaul App to complete drop off. Left the truck cleaner than pick up! Pictures included in the App to document this fact. We were still charged a CLEANING FEE of $25. I called to request a refund on 8/11 and am waiting for a return call. I would like a UHAUL manager to return my call please.
