The owner was amazing , I was in a pinch and he was gone for the day but stopped what he was doing to make it happen. The truck was clean and provided everything needed to mak the move. He reviewed all the operation points I needed to be aware of . The return process was also so simple and smooth. The owner was Very friendly and polite. I could not have had a better experience .

Kevin JNo one was available at our drop off location. It was closed. We used the UHaul App to complete drop off. Left the truck cleaner than pick up! Pictures included in the App to document this fact. We were still charged a CLEANING FEE of $25. I called to request a refund on 8/11 and am waiting for a return call. I would like a UHAUL manager to return my call please.
Paula SConvenience and a reasonable price. What's not to love.
Chris AThis was my first time renting a U-Haul trailer (6x12 cargo). Very pleasant experience. Pickup was easy and employees friendly and helpful.
