They were most helpful and efficient. I did not find the short drive to the out-of-town location to be a problem, though it may be a drawback for some. I would be happy to use their services again.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkNothing everything was great.
Randy SI recently rented an Enclosed Trailer. The excellent customer service on the phone and in person definitely stood out! The ladies there were super kind and friendly. They were also very accommodating towards my situation through out the weekend. Their store and the trailer I rented were very clean and the gentleman that met us outside to give us the run down and hook up our trailer for us was super nice, thorough and reassuring. I really appreciated U-HAUL East Side Storage for having my back during a hectic weekend! I will definitely to family and friends and will be a returning customer for sure! Thank you East Side Storage! You made a hectic weekend a lot less hectic! I really appreciate the solid! :)
Samantha CThe staff were wonderful.
Sandra BThis one was good, 1 year later and at the same time the price went from 140 to 762, maybe white out affordable on the unit because that is not at all
