Evan LI love dealing with this location. I drive one hour to it versus using the Barry's Bay location, which is two minutes from me. If you take this survey seriously, get rid of the dealer in Barry's Bay. He is horrible to deal with. I had a reservation last month. I showed up at 5:02 PM, and he ordered me off the property. I told him I wasn't leaving until I spoke to your head office to find out what to do. He called the police on me. The officers were very understanding and waited while I arranged for a trailer pickup at Hamilton's Convenience. This is the second incident with this location. I grew up in Barry's Bay and,in fact, my Aunt and Uncle owned this motel. I know other people in the community who have had a similar experience. Talk to Chiraq at The Ashgrove for a better, more customer-friendly location. Other locations would be The Ultramar on hwy 60, or Mountainview motel. The dealer at The Pine Grove is hurting your business.
