Mike SMy experience with U-Haul was quite disappointing. I originally made a reservation at a location that was convenient for me, but later my reservation was changed to a different location that was significantly farther away. This caused additional inconvenience and travel time that I had not planned for when making the reservation. On top of that, when I returned the vehicle, I was charged almost twice the amount I was originally expecting to pay. I understand that I may have used the vehicle for a couple of additional hours, but the final charge seemed disproportionately high compared with the original reservation estimate. Overall, the unexpected location change and the significantly higher final bill made the experience frustrating. I would expect better communication about reservation changes and a more transparent explanation of how the final charges are calculated.
