The drop-off location was vacant, but I dropped off my equipment and checked out on the app
Steven RMissing the dolly i ordered. Furniture blankets were opened already so i hope i dont get charged for that.
Andrew CNo one was on site (during pick up), and the app was not working correctly. There was no dolly in the truck as requested. When I called the 1-800 number, I was informed the site would refund the dolly charge, and she was "putting a note" in the file. The next day, manager showed up as I was leaving (after completing mobile drop off) and told me he couldn't refund the dolly without some sort of "customer service report" that they should have taken from me over the phone the day before. There is no reason a refund can't issued for any amount... the order was placed on a credit card.
Cindy KNobody was available at the drop off location, and the gentleman I spoke with on the phone was very surly.
