Was not asked about Insurance needed for my van rental and was charged regardless. I didn't need any insurance coverage as I'm already covered but got charged without even being asked. Not the way to do business. Spoke with the guy and he said he would take off the charge and NEVER DID
MICHAEL CI was charged way more. I don't know why they charged 12 dollar for fuel for just 5 km of drive. I am totally disappointed.
Purshotam KWas charged for fuel even after filling back to the same amount that it was received at. I've used Uhaul before, but have never had this happen before.
Weston DApp would not work to verify condition of vehicle. No information or instructions provided on recording odometer, gas fill level. Asked to have my son added as a driver (he was not present), that didn't happen. Called back later that day to have him added and was told the reservation was not on his system and he would have some call me. No phone call received.
