Don’t make people use an app that doesn’t work. Truck bed was filthy. Not a great experience
Darrin HMisleading pricing and incorrect charges. I rented a truck from Daisy Mart (U-Haul dealer in Pickering) and specifically asked about pricing and drop-off options. I was told it would be standard daily rate plus mileage. Instead, I was put on a one-way contract for $181 without that being explained. I only drove 28 km locally. This was not a one-way move.

Julius EI am confused how a $19.95 a day rental ended up being close to $80.00 after putting in gas and returning the van within 2 hours? I didn’t add any additional items to my order and still ended up paying almost $80.00.
