App would not work to verify condition of vehicle. No information or instructions provided on recording odometer, gas fill level. Asked to have my son added as a driver (he was not present), that didn't happen. Called back later that day to have him added and was told the reservation was not on his system and he would have some call me. No phone call received.

Absolutely terrible experience. I received the truck with a filthy windshield, and when I went to use the wipers to clean it, I found out there was absolutely NO wiper blade on the right side! This is incredibly unsafe and shows a complete lack of basic maintenance. To make matters worse, the battery is clearly dying and desperately needs to be changed. The truck hardly starts—every single time I turn the key, it just cranks and struggles. I am genuinely scared every time I shut it off that it’s going to leave me stranded. I tried to write the same on return and missed mileage picture. However mileage is correct and can be checked. I am a regular U-Haul customer. Looking for refund this time due to the truck experience
