I was never called the day before pick up, had to call myself. Called the location I choose, closer to my house and was told they didn’t have a reservation for me. I had made it a month before hand, sent a screen shot of this and then received a text that my location pick up had changed, and the time had changed from 7am to 10:30am. Location was 20 minutes from our house as opposed to 5 minutes. Not a huge deal but a phone call would have been nice especially since the time had changed also.

Tyesha FI had 2 issues. When reserving, I did not add SafeTow. However he added it back in . There was no known office for the rental
