The only part that was difficult is the online check-in to be done when received the vehicle. My phone would not allow me to take pictures to past to the link, but I took them anyways and had them on hand.

liangbin tVery expensive experience for what was essentially a donation of a couch in good condition. The couch was already outside and ready for pickup, so there was minimal labour required. I was extremely surprised by the cost, especially given that I was trying to donate the couch to help someone in need. While the two gentlemen who came to pick it up were very nice and friendly, I cannot justify the cost for the service provided. In my opinion, the pricing for what is described as “full service” feels excessive and, frankly, like customers are being taken advantage of. I will not be using 1-800-JUNK again, nor would I recommend the company to others based on the cost. It is disappointing when you are genuinely trying to donate something in good condition to help someone else, only to feel that you have been charged an unreasonable amount for doing so. Such a shame, because the actual pickup experience with the two gentlemen was pleasant. The pricing is what ultimately ruined the experience for me.
