The entire staff here was amazing.
Eric AI reserved a trailer with a ramp. The original location didn’t have so I was redirected to this location. I confirmed on Tuesday they had a trailer with ramp. I got there on Thursday at 430pm to pick up my trailer and none of the trailers had a ramp. They said they had one earlier in the week but it was rented out. I never did get a trailer with a ramp which I desperately needed because I was moving a piano. I was supposed to get a call from someone at U-haul about a refund because of the reservation “guarantee” but no one has called
Joshua TThe location was a bit farther than I was hoping for but everything went well. I had originally chosen a location just a couple miles from home but it turned out that the truck I ordered had never been returned to that location so a U-Haul rep called me to schedule a different location. She was fast, helpful and provided decent options.I’m not sure what U-Haul could do to improve things except to update the lack of availability of equipment.
