Kyle was very helpful and knowledgeable. Have you used this location twice, and would highly recommend it. Attempted to use a location down the road in the past , and they were very rude and unhelpful.
Jonathan HTruck has a lot of grease on the floor, dirtying many and making it very difficult to move items. There was no moving equipment available but I was charged for 3. Parking was difficult at drop off.
Jason AAt first the lights didn't work, but to be fair that could have been either my adapter or the trailer, the truck tested fine on site. Then we got a flat tire on the trailer, but Uhaul had a contractor out there in 60 minutes to replace the tire. It wasn't bad.
Jeremy GRed dye on the bottom of the entire truck. Got all over shoes/furniture/boxes. No dolly or furniture pads provided as requested. Absolutely zero instructions how to enter facility, gate wouldn’t open for entrance or exit, had to basically jump the gate. Phone call to storage facility did not pick up through multiple attempts.
