The staff did a great job and the truck was in excellent condition. The shop is jam-packed with electronics equipment and would not be wheelchair-accessible, but that didn’t have any negative impact on the truck rental experience.

Robert VI found the drop location was very good. The personnel made the drop-off quick and easy I do have a problem with UHaul's policy of additional costs - UHaul is quick to charge for the few additional miles I had over my contract. There should be some flexibility for a few miles over.... - I picked up the truck with a 1/4 tank of gas, and returned it with 3/4 tank of gas. Did I get reimbursed for the additional gas I provided? NO. I was charged a fee for the 7 additional miles I put on the vehicle
