It was exceptionally annoying, having to provide two other points of contact for my rental. I think your corporate policies are problematic. The folks at the rental site were polite and friendly and helpful as well as informative. I will be hard-pressed to ever use U-Haul again, but that is not a reflection on the people at the rental site. It’s more of a reflection on your corporate policies and false advertising. The truck was advertised at 19.95 per day. The fine print was additional for the mileage additional for the insurance additional for take your pic at a category, And then on top of that I had to fill the tag on my way back. By the time I got through that 19.95 rental was just under a $100.
