Helped me out greatly. Had a hard time with the U-Haul online stuff which was on the U-Haul side, not the store side. Great people to work with. Trailer was ok, had a few pretty good dings on the fenders but hauled and towed good.

Robert NWhen checking in it would have been helpful if we were told that the extra key on the truck key ring was to a lock for the rear handle mechanism and whether or not the lock was still available. It would also help if the clerk had told us to expect an email or text message to record the details on the truck like license and any damage already on the truck. I did not see the email until we had loaded the truck and were underway.
