Excellent experience! The rental process was quick, easy, and hassle-free. The gal in the office was a gem! So friendly, professional, and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. The truck was clean but pulled to the right, could use an alignment but we made it work. Returning it was just as simple. I definitely recommend this U-Haul location for anyone needing a reliable rental and great customer service.
