very unorganized the office was not manned several people waiting i had to bang on the door to get some help The guy who checked me in after the return didn't know what he was doing Told me if I didn't get an email confirmation of the return I should call the office, I did recieve the return email and the later got a call asking if I had returned the trailer

Kennique CThe Uhaul rental return process on the Uhaul app was very rough. It kept making me redo the same things over and over and leading me to dead ends. The first return section of 5 has you take a picture of your rental dashboard, then verify odometer and gas. I had to do that about 5x with the same exact results of returning me to the home of the app and not moving to the next section of the return process. Also instead of a text or email after I'd rented the uhaul to guide me to how to return it, I had to go hunting on the internet how to do it and download the app and figure out how to log in. This is all an awful user experience. Please make it better moving forward.
