Had to go to 3 different locations to find the correct drop off location. The first one changed with no notification, the second location was wrong even after calling customer service, then they informed me of the third location which was correct. This caused extra time mileage and gas and I was still charged extra for the final bill. Not acceptable at all! Please make it right as this was a big inconvenience.

This local Quesnel BC location is excellent. On Thursday July 23rd I received a call from a U-Haul rep telling me to drive to 150 mile house 1 hr and 20mins away to pick up a trailer, as the one I wanted in Quesnel was for in-town use only. I phoned the 150 mile house location to confirm the trailer was there. The agent said yes if U-Haul says it’s here then the trailer is here. I drove to 150 mile house and discovered the trailer WAS NOT ON SITE. The agent fessed up and told me the trailer must have been stolen.. I will never trust U-Haul with my move ever again. I spoke to someone at U-Haul regarding this matter and wanted to voice my concern to a supervisor. I never received a call back. They don’t give a shit and my business I feel is not valued. Again I would like to say the Quesnel location is excellent.

Colin EExplain to the customer why the $39 estimated cost all of a sudden ends up at $65. What on earth is an Estimated Safe Trip Fee and what on earth has renting a vehicle got to do with an Environmental Fee. None of these charges as well as the rental fee were discussed at the time of rental. Just the total cost was given. The telephone tag system could sure use some improvement and maybe indicate on the internet that you can apply for a rental online so people like me don't drive all the way there to a locked business and a phone number on the wall to call who tells you to go home and apply online. The truck had not been swept out before I got it. Had to sweep it myself before starting to load. Finally, what the heck is this Bliss thing. Bliss has nothing to do with the building or business. Its up the hill and is a Dance Studio I think.
