The young man who handled by paperwork and helped me hook the trailer to my truck was fantastic. On contrast, the son of the owner who showed up at the conclusion of the transaction, was somewhat rude and gruff when he asked me to move my truck, a 20 foot U-Haul box truck, from the front of his store. “ I can’t have the truck blocking my store!” He seemed insensitive, and unaware of the fact that I had been patiently waiting for over a half hour for the paperwork to be processed, and for assistance attaching the trailer. Instead of chastising customers for blocking the view of his store, he should invest in more support and help for clerks, like the young man who was not only helping me, but there were three customers waiting and no one else there to assist. In hindsight, I should’ve picked up the trailer from McFarland Ford, who has newer equipment and more staff.
