How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe only thing is we haven’t received our receipt yet. When the fellow checked us in he sent us the receipt but it’s all zero amounts. We had drove off and we’re in rush hour traffic so we never went back.
BILL DRating: 1 / 5 Stars Review: Extremely disappointing experience. U-Haul emailed me before my pick-up to say my reserved 10ft truck was unavailable and upgraded me at no extra cost. When I arrived at [6603 67st], the staff claimed they knew nothing about it, refused to honor U-Haul's official communication, and offered zero help to resolve the issue. Unprofessional service that completely ruined my day. Unacceptable.

Ezra BThe truck I had said that it was an easy ride truck and it was the roughest ride I've ever had also on the dash was the battery indicator I'm not sure why but I was worried that the truck wouldn't start so maybe next time we can fix that
