I renter trailers and trucks from UHaul many times at different locations but the customer service from Steave yesterday was amazing. Not only help me with my hitch to fit in my truck but also help me to connect the trailer safely and properly. Then when I return it, help me with his flashlight to park properly securing the trailer and making sure that everything was OK. Since this experience for sure Willow Truck Town Carwash Ltd will be my UHaul rental place.
