Gave us a trailer with a bulging tire and had to wait over 3 hours to get a replacement
Sarah TI was not able to access my truck at the requested time, and there were several items I was not able to get and was not made aware that they would not be available until one day before, which left me no time to make other arrangements. There was damage to furniture during our move as a result of there being no furniture covers available. I was very disappointed.
Heidi HThe back end of the truck was dirty. We had to sweep and clean before we put anything in it. We enjoyed the actual location and the people helping.
