Problem with app and website unavailable to upload photos and had to called to complete process to check truck out the lot and return it glad the agent help me out and didn’t have any additional issues

Location and staff member that assisted me was good however the van cabin was very dirty with animal hair everywhere including what appeared to be a puddle of urine on the passenger floormat with a dirty sock. I was also surprised that there wasn't a lock provided to secure the load. I had to purchase my own.
