Terrible experience! The owner was ignorant to me on the phone and when my husband picked up the trailer he told my husband that I didn't listen to him amd that I shouldn't have reserved the trailer online. He made my husband wait 20 minutes before he waited on him. Then he said my husband was late for his appointment. It took over 30 minutes to complete the paperwork. Once my husband was finally on the road with the trailer he had to go back because the tire had a broken belt. When he told the owner about it, he said it was fine. My husband said it wasn't and it needed looked it. The owner finally looked at the tire and agreed the belt was broke. He pulled the tire and replaced it. This was our worst experience EVER with Uhaul and we will NEVER use this location again. To quote my husband, "we'll carry the stuff on our back before we go back there again!"

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWe showed up a 1/2 hour before our scheduled pick up time to be told that we had been called and told the time had been changed and we were late (no such call was received). We were also told that our requested dolly was unavailable and if we didn't like it we could "go somewhere else" and that he was "at no one's Beck and call". If we had a other option, we would have walked out. We may not continue to use UHaul as the last 2 times have been underwhelming.
Mary SA representative called days before picking it up in the information that the actual location had was completely different than what we arranged. Make so the location and the reps that call are both on the same page with all information.
