Stephen EDon't switch customers from real U-Haul locations to out-of-the-way gas stations where the single person working the location is too busy ringing up people's gas or chew or cigs.
Robert HThey did not know that I had a reservation or if they even had what I needed for my reservation. They did not take care to be sure the trailer was attached correctly to my hitch, which it was not. I will only go to a full-service U-Haul store from now on.
