This pick-up was not the one we contracted for and it took 50 minutes to get to it. Trailer was very dirty do we had to sweep and clean it before use. Agent assigned us a drop-off site that was 10 miles from the nearest drop-off location to our destination.

This was by far the smoothest pick up and drop off I've ever had and I use a lot of auto transport trailers. This location is slightly out of the way for me but I'll absolutely be going back whenever possible, worth the further drive.

Edward ZThe guy at G&J car care DID NOT hook up the trailer to my vehicle. He merely told me "The trailer is in the corner of the lot". That is VERY RECKLASS of him. How would he know whether or not I was capable of proper hook up. In addition, he KNEW I was doing a one-way rental, yet he put it through as "in town". I was charged an additional fee when I dropped it off on SI. Fortunately, the GOOD people at the SI location reversed that charge. The next day I received a very belligerent call from G&J demanding I pick the trailer up and return it to them or I will face a $600 fee and permanent ban from ever renting from U-Haul. I called the U-Haul number and spoke to customer service. They agreed he was negligent in not hooking up the trailer and had no authority to charge me or ban me from future U-Haul rentals. BEWARE of this guy!
