How U-Haul Reviews WorkThey said my reserved truck wasn’t available. Except a clean truck the same size I had ordered was sitting right there. Ended up getting a truck but what a pain in the ass going through customer service when I had a reservation. I was also charged for fuel when I have photos gas filled above rental level.
Michael OThe vehicle smelled like urine and the headlights did not work.
Cameron JAll excellent
LUIS RThe airbag needs service light was on from start to finish as well as the tire pressure light . The person that rented the truck was great.
