was very helpful, friendly, and kept us informed. Originally scheduled to pick up from Fremont Center location but at 5:20 when I arrived, the guy at the desk said he was closing up and I’d have to go pick it up from the Roy location. It was out of our way and were only 20 minutes late to pick up the trailer. If he would have called, he’d have known we were on our way and could have gotten it ready. I’ll never ask to pick up from that location again.

Give more mileage I drove the best route possible and was unable to make the full distance without going over the mileage. It's frustating since I spent so much in gas and rent just to have an addtional fee. please find a better way to calculate mileage that actually is fair.
