Richard F.John at JCP was beyond outstanding! We needed a moving truck on a Sunday and only had a couple locations with the size we were needing. Even though JCP wasn't open we were able to use the 24/7 pick up feature. However we ran into issues and was able to contact John and he swung down and helped us even on his day off! He was a gem and a half to do so, we appreciated that greatly, and was pleasure to work with. JCP was a little further away but I would easily make the drive to work with them again! Amazing service!!
