JAMES WJohn(?) was very helpful, including calling me to let me know he was in early so I could pick up the truck. My original pick up location had been changed by Uhaul, but JPC’s operating hours were later than the 7:30am time I had requested. John made sure I got the truck at the time I requested.
Kennith HEnjoy my conversation with the owner he’s been there for a couple years, but he’s been in the business for a long time. Very knowledgeable. Very helpful with my obtaining a trailer.
