Russell HI arrived at 5:10 PM to return the truck, well before the posted 5:30 PM closing time. The employee told me he had already closed down the computer and instructed me to park the truck and leave the key in the drop box. I specifically asked if there was anything else he needed from me, hoping he would inspect the truck while I was still there. The truck was returned empty and clean. The next day, I was surprised to see an additional $25 cleaning charge. I called the office to ask about the charge, but no one answered, so I left a message. Unfortunately, my call was never returned. I’m disappointed because I made the effort to return the truck before closing and gave the employee the opportunity to inspect it with me. If there was supposedly a cleaning issue, I would have appreciated being shown the issue at the time of return rather than being charged afterward with no explanation and no response to my call.
MICHAEL MThey were great, friendly and very helpful and gave me a good deal.
