Charged twice for mileage that was quoted as included on original truck rental.
Susan MI'm not sure what you can improve. It is literally a junk yard. They gave me a truck with a check engine light on and a gas leak. I'm glad it broke down before I loaded the truck. I would not let them represent your product. Period.
Michael HYou should not make people pay rental fees for 2 day usage. I only needed it for 24hrs not 48. So paying almost 500 bucks was insane to me.
