The rental place in Minnesota was not ready for the pick up. I also did not get the additional requests for my move. The wheeled device I needed to move heavy furniture was not available.

Karla MThe truck was just 84 miles to empty when I rented it. I would have preferred a full tank, and that the windshield would have been clean. The interior was really clean, and it was a nice touch to send along trash bags, blankets and bubble wrap. Thanks!
Amy FTruck was on E at pick up, also didn’t give me my equipment I ordered. The back of the truck was dirty. The truck is poorly maintained. Terrible I will never be using U-Haul again
